Job Description
The Executive/Technical Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO, combining executive, administrative, and technical coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and meetings.
- Assist with project follow-up, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and technical documents.
- Liaise between the CEO and project/technical teams.
- Conduct research and support decision-making. Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project tools.
