Job Description

- We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Studio Manager to oversee the technical heartbeat of our station – ensuring seamless production, transmission, and studio functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain studio and broadcast equipment
- Coordinate live and recorded studio sessions
- Ensure zero-downtime transmission with quick fault resolution
- Work closely with on-air talent and content teams
- Innovate and implement studio workflow improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- A Degree in Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing technical operations in a radio station
- Strong knowledge of studio hardware/software, audio routing, mixing consoles, and automation systems
- Proven leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
