Finished Goods Store Officer

Reports To 

Factory Logistics Manager

Educational Qualification: 

OND/HND/BSc in relevant fields
BSc in Business Administration preferred

Minimum Work Experience: 

At least 2 years of cognate experience

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Ikeja Distribution Team on daily requisitions for packed products transfer and upcountry loadings.
• Ensure pickers select the right quantities and batches as requested (strict adherence to FEFO – First Expiry, First Out).
• Ensure 3PL trucks are in good condition and positioned correctly for loading at designated bays.
• Confirm that staged products are checked by warehouse and security personnel before loading onto the assigned truck.
• Ensure correct dispatch documentation is handed to drivers after loading.
• Support the Warehouse Coordinator and Inventory Control Analyst in generating and circulating the monthly “Close-to-Expiry” product report.
• Assist the Warehouse Coordinator in managing soiled products identified in-house, during loading, or returned due to transit damage.
• Participate in cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and factory-wide quarterly stock-taking exercises.
• Follow up with Quality and Production teams on product release availability for timely receipt into NAV.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finished Goods Warehouse Manager or Factory Logistics Manager.

• Speed, agility, and consistency in product evacuation with zero errors.
• Adherence to cGMP standards, including good housekeeping.
• Timely processing of requisitions.
• Accurate and error-free monthly “Close-to-Expiry” reports.
• Prompt resolution of variances discovered during stock counts.
• Correct products, in the right quantities, dispatched to the right customers (internal/external) at the right time.
