Job Summary:

The Head of Business Development would be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the HMO by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, increasing client acquisition, and enhancing revenue generation. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the organization remains competitive in the healthcare insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, products, and services to expand the HMO’s market share.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to shape business strategy.
  • Establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in client acquisition and membership enrollment.
  • Revenue increase from new and existing accounts.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Number of strategic partnerships secured.
  • Successful execution of business development initiatives.
