Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Head of Sales to drive revenue by sourcing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for our client in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets across all product/service lines.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance, while setting clear targets, monitoring progress, and implementing training or support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Team Building & Performance Management
  • Business Intelligence & Market Analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field; A Master’s Degree or other advanced degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive experience in real estate sales or high-value B2C/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding high sales targets within a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, sales funnel management, and customer lifecycle value.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), sales analytics, and pipeline management tools.
