HR Process Specialist

Job Summary
- The HR Process Specialist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing human resource processes that support the smooth functioning of the university’s administrative and academic workforce. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to ensure efficiency and compliance in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze existing HR procedures and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional policies, and best practices in higher education HR management.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on HR systems and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of BSc. in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR-related roles within the educational industry preferably Private Universities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
