Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, manage attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within corporate or real estate environments.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
