Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years hands-on experience in managing oxygen or industrial gas plants.
- Solid understanding of cryogenic air separation units (ASUs), compressors, storage tanks, and filling systems.
- Proven ability to supervise operations, maintenance, and safety procedures in a gas production environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant utility systems: air compressors, chillers, generators, and gas analyzers.
- Demonstrated experience with quality control standards, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance (SON, NAFDAC, etc.).
- Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Proficiency in using SCADA systems or PLC-based control systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and documentation abilities.
- Must be residing in Abuja or willing to relocate immediately.
