Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-budget advertising campaigns, develop innovative branding strategies and leverage digital and outdoor marketing channels to reach our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Manage high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, outdoor, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with our creative agency partners to develop innovative branding and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and campaign optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized University. Minimum of 2:1 is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a major marketing agency firm or business-to-customer companies in Nigeria.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and outdoor marketing channels.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
