We are seeking a qualified professional to support Monitoring & Evaluation of health programs, particularly in HIV/AIDS and TB.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Epidemiology, Demography, or related field.
- Prior M&E experience in health programs.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, reporting, and use of national HIV M&E platforms (DHIS2, LAMIS, NOMIS).
- Strong data management, visualization, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to provide supportive supervision, training, and mentorship to staff and partners.
Competencies:
- Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites.
