Office Assistant

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant at our Abuja location.
  • The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting with office equipment operations, managing phone calls, and performing clerical duties.
  • Additionally, this role will involve supporting the office staff with various day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Undergraduate(No graduate should apply)
