We’re seeking an Onboarding Support Executive to provide exceptional support to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
What’s this team like at Giri
The Strategy & Operations team plays a vital role in keeping Giri focused and connected! We connect dots and break silos between functions and teams. We are responsible for:
- Catalyzing strategy-setting, planning, and resourcing for the Product & Engineering orgs.
- Accelerating the delivery of big bets critical to our strategy.
- Keeping the right efforts top of mind through effective communication.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide exceptional support to customers during the onboarding process.
- Ensure customers understand and utilize GiriToday’s platform effectively.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer acquisition team to ensure a seamless handover.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve the onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms (a plus)
