Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lagos.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and improving operational processes.
- Key tasks include coordinating with various departments, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Operations Management skills and experience in process improvement
- Staff Management and Team Leadership abilities
- Quality Control and Inventory Management experience
- Strong Problem-Solving and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
