Our mission is to make the digital world safer, more inclusive, and more trusted. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Product Designer (Intermediate) to join our distributed team and help us craft user-centred experiences for our growing suite of products.
About the Role
As an Intermediate Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences across Prembly’s product ecosystem. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone with proven product design experience who is ready to step into more ownership, shape product experiences, and grow into a senior-level role in a fast-moving global company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design decisions.
- Contribute to and maintain Prembly’s design system, ensuring consistency across products.
- Translate complex identity and compliance workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- Advocate for user needs while aligning with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve our design process.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work, especially in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma preferred) and collaboration platforms.
- Experience conducting or applying user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience designing for security, compliance, or fintech products.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Motion/interaction design skills.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
