Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the product vertical and define long- & short-term business goals.
• Drive new product development and successful market launches.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify and acquire key accounts; strengthen channel and distribution networks.
• Lead promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor pricing, schemes, and customer terms to ensure competitiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Maintain stock accuracy and forecast sales to meet targets.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing nationwide sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master’s/ Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• 15–18 years’ experience, including 5+ years in a senior/national sales leadership role.
• Proven expertise in channel and account management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent business acumen and analytical ability.
• Experience in multi-product, multi-location, or international environments preferred.
