Production Pharmacist

• Job Type: Full Time

Main responsibilities:

• Organise oral dosage form production activities with an efficient production schedule, while maintaining optimum quality of the products, and safety of the personnel.
• Ensure all aspects of the manufacturing process operate within regulatory guidelines as a minimum standard (cGMP, NAFDAC, WHO etc.)
• Stay updated with, and enforce latest compliance and safety measures within the factory.
• Ensure recommendations made by the quality team are adhered to, and further observations communicated back where necessary.
• Work with documentation team to ensure correctness and completeness of batch documentation and production records.
• Observe and make recommendations to the admin/HR teams for personnel training (including internal and external training), wellbeing and recruitment where necessary.
• Maintain a seamless communication channel with the supply-chain team to ensure that the production plan correlates with the immediate and long-term needs of the company.
• Encourage a fair and pleasant environment with mutual respect in your dealings with everyone (internal and external) that you work with.

Professional requirements (minimum):

• BPharm
• Language required (minimum):
• English Language,
• Software knowledge required (minimum):
• Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…
• OR it’s equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)

Personal requirements:
