Job Requirements
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN ATS, AAT, or other relevant certifications) are desirable.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the automobile industry or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, for posting invoices and receipts.
- Excellent understanding of cash handling procedures, including invoicing, collections, and imprest management.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and prepare daily, monthly, and periodic financial reports.
- Ability to handle petty cash, payment vouchers, and settlement vouchers accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability in handling financial transactions.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
