- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential for conducting inspections and ensuring quality.Â
- The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues is a critical skill.Â
- A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying and preventing quality defects.
Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and manage quality control activities is crucial.
