₦7,000,000 – ₦8,000,000 (Annually)
What’s the React Native Developer role about?
As our React Native Developer, you’ll be instrumental in crafting the face of our e-commerce mobile platform. You’ll work on creating intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that showcase African craftsmanship and provide a seamless shopping experience for our international customers.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build and maintain features in our cross-platform buyer app (iOS and Android) using React Native
- Collaborate with design to implement responsive and localized UI.
- Integrate with REST APIs, payment gateways, and shipping services.
- Optimize for performance, edge cases, offline support, and low-resource devices.
- Use tools like Zustand, React Query, MMKV, and deep linking in a production-ready way.
- Write clean, testable code with proper error handling and observability.
- Contribute to release workflows, crash/error tracking, and in-app analytics.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production apps
- Deep understanding of React/React Native internals, navigation, hooks, and performance tuning
- Experience integrating with third-party services: payment, auth, deep links, analytics, etc
- Solid grasp of state management (Zustand, Redux, Recoil, or similar)
- Comfortable with API integration, pagination, caching (React Query preferred)
- Familiar with debugging, crash reporting, and profiling mobile performance
- Strong communicator, async-friendly, self-motivated
