Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the specific requirements for each role.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- In depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
- Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced organizations.
