An Asset Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the position of Regional Head, Wealth Management & Business Development.
Location:
Abuja, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
📌Lead business development initiatives to grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
📌Manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
📌Develop and implement strategies to increase regional market share.
📌Provide leadership and direction to the wealth management team.
📌Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA and relevant certifications are an advantage).
✅Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in wealth , asset management, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✅Proven record in business development and client relationship management.
✅Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory environment.
