Responsibilities
- Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its wines/spirits product lines in all the beveragemarkets, hospitality and modern tradein Lagos/West markets.
- Source for new customers and with the team; manage the relationships of existing clients.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries
- Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met
- Manage all subordinates to ensure they surpass their sales targets
- Manage sales administration ensuring efficiency of operations in inventory, reporting, accounts, market researchand sales
Qualifications
- Degree / HND.
- Minimum of ten years sales/marketingexperience and high level passion for sales.
Other Conditions:
- Applicants must understand the whole rudiments of wines/spirits salesand relationship management process in the open market and modern trade.
- They must possess competence in professional selling and persuasion
- Promotional strategies leveraging activations, BTL and ATL models
- Hardworking, target-oriented to achieve set targets.
- Sufficient managerial experience to galvanize the Subs to meet set targets
- Must age less than 45years
- Applicants must reside in Lagos and must be ready for physical interviews
- Knowledge of wines/spirits market, key dealers and its dynamicsinLagos Stateand inOndo, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Kwara States is compulsory
