
The Regional Sales Manager (South-South) will be responsible for driving confectionery sales, distributor growth, and brand visibility across the South-South region. The role will oversee distributor performance, sales execution, and market development to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Strengthen distributor relationships, ensuring effective order planning, stock management, and trade compliance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the regional sales team, monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Conduct market visits to assess trade execution, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
- Enforce financial discipline through credit control and distributor performance monitoring.
- Expand product presence across retail, supermarkets, and open markets in the South-South.
- Partner with trade marketing to deliver impactful activations and consumer engagement programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience with 3+ years in a regional management capacity.
- Demonstrated success in distributor and channel management within the South-South market.
- Excellent knowledge of regional market behavior and competitive landscape.
