About the Remote HR Internship at Iclivia
We’re looking for HR Interns (Recruitment Focus) who want real hiring experience — not just theory. At Iclivia, you’ll be working on live client recruitment projects from day one. You’ll be sourcing candidates, talking to them, scheduling interviews, and closing positions that companies are hiring for right now.
This internship is:
- Full-time for graduates or pass-outs ready to start their career in recruitment.
- Part-time for college students who want to learn while studying (part-time is only for college students).
- Part-time is also for working professionals who want extra income or want to learn recruitment for career growth.
We have an entrepreneurship culture with no fixed salary limits, no standard CTC caps. Your income is based on your skills and performance, not on how many hours you sit at a desk. Why limit yourself to ₹20–25K when your work could earn you ₹1 lakh or more?
Our R&D shows most clients pay recruitment or HR companies 3–15% of a candidate’s CTC as a hiring fee. Just imagine if you’re getting ₹20K–₹30K a month for closing 10–20 roles, how much is the company earning from your work?

Skills Required / Eligibility
🎓 No prior experience? That’s okay, but you must have at least a basic understanding of HR before applying.
Complete it and you’ll gain 50–60% HR knowledge, making you ready to apply.

- Bachelor’s degree holders with HR specialization
- Candidates with structured HR certification(s) (online/offline)
- Final-year students with a practical interest in HR
- Working professionals seeking part-time extra income or practical HR learning
Who should not apply
- Applicants with absolutely no HR background or structured learning, AND no willingness to learn
- Those applying purely for free training with no intention to contribute to real hiring work
Core skills (must-have) practical, day-one capabilities
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → closure → onboarding)
- Strong verbal & written communication — professional outreach, candidate calls, and email etiquette
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Gmail, Meet) — data entry, basic formulas, tracking
- Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks and coordinate interviews reliably
- Self-discipline, ownership, and the ability to meet daily/weekly targets
- Result-oriented mindset with professional behaviour
Technical/practical skills (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and basic Boolean search logic
- Experience with an ATS / CRM (even basic exposure) or willingness to learn quickly
- Basic spreadsheet skills: filter, sort, simple formulas (SUM, FILTER), and the ability to maintain trackers
- Scheduling tools (Calendly) and video-call coordination experience
What “basic understanding” looks like (practical examples)
- Can run a LinkedIn search and shortlist 10 relevant candidates in 30–45 mins.
- Can conduct a 10–15 minute screening call and capture essential notes.
- Can draft a professional candidate outreach message and follow-up sequence.
- Can update a hiring tracker daily and follow up with candidates reliably.

Ideal for: Graduates / Pass-Outs who can commit to full working hours without flexibility.
Part-Time (Flexible)
🕓 4 Hours / Day – Preferred
Designed for: College students or working professionals needing flexibility.

- Shift 1 – ⏰ 9:45 AM to 2:15 PM (With 30 Min break) [ 4 Hours Working]
- Shift 2 – ⏰ 2:10 PM to 6:30 PM (With 30 Min break) [ 4 Hours Working]
- Shift 3 – ⏰ 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM (With 30 Min break) [ 4 Hours Working]
- Shift 4 – ⏰ 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (With 30 Min break) [ 4 Hours Working]
Special Flex Option (For College Students or Working Professionals)
If you can’t commit to 4.5 hours daily no problem!
Example: Work 3 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on Saturday & Sunday (or any schedule that totals similar hours per week).

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern – Recruitment Focus, you will be involved in both internal and external client hiring operations. Your work will directly contribute to team performance and company revenue.
🔹 Internal Hiring for the company’s teams (HR, Tech, Marketing, etc.)
🔹 External Client Hiring in partnership with recruitment clients
🔹 End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing → Screening → Coordination → Closure
🔹 Handling candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
🔹 Managing interview scheduling, documentation, and candidate follow-ups
🔹 Daily coordination with hiring managers, mentors, and client-side recruiters
🔹 Supporting onboarding, offer rollouts, and induction formalities
🔹 Working with partner company Analytics Career Connect (ACC) for live hiring mandates
🔹 Assisting in HR operations like attendance tracking, intern onboarding, and induction records
🔹 Creating and maintaining hiring databases, performance trackers, and internal reports
🔹 Executing HR documentation, candidate assessment forms, and hiring SOPs
🔹 Contributing to team revenue goals by driving closures and fulfilling client positions
🔹 Participating in weekly team meetings, updates, and performance reviews
