Micronex is a growing company providing innovative AI – Based digital services and solutions. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who can help us connect with potential clients and drive business growth.

Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based role for a Sales Agent.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Generating leads and converting them into customers
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Reporting your sales activities and progress.

Compensation:

10% commission on every sale closed (unlimited earning potential).

Qualifications

We are looking for self-driven individuals who have:

• Sales and lead generation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet targets.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Training:

Basic training and guidance may be provided if needed, but candidates who already have sales experience will be preferred.

Commitment:

Minimum 3 months, with potential to continue long-term.
