Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documentation for solar and renewable energy projects.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Maintain and update ERP systems with customer data, sales activities, and lead tracking.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on customer interactions.
- Support in market research, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for bid submissions, compliance documentation, and vendorregistrations.
