Job Summary:
We’re looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in representing Buckler Land Systems’ products and services to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and pitch Buckler Land Systems’ products/services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry-related functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
- Expertise in CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and branding.
