We’re looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Ibis Hotel Ikeja, located in the heart of Lagos.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage sales activities to maximize revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and budgets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage performance issues and provide coaching to the sales team
Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Skilled in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
