Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will lead revenue generation initiatives, identify and secure high-value opportunities, and expand our presence in the technology and cloud solutions market.
- This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage complex negotiations, foster long-term client relationships, and contribute to shaping the company’s overall business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of cloud solutions and technology services to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market intelligence.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to align business growth strategies.
- Mentor junior sales and business development staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Track KPIs, prepare forecasts, and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, or technology solutions is a strong advantage.
