‎FMR Agency is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Leader to drive business growth, manage high-performing sales teams, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and position the company as a leader in its sector.

‎Key Responsibilities

‎•Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and business targets. ‎

•Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and market share. ‎

•Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.

‎•Oversee recruitment, performance monitoring, coaching, and development of sales representatives. ‎

•Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.

‎•Present sales forecasts, revenue reports, and key insights to management and stakeholders. ‎

•Shorten sales cycles and drive timely closure of business deals. ‎

•Identify product improvement opportunities and contribute to new product development strategies.

‎•Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and high-level client meetings.

‎Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. ‎
  • Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader. ‎
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ‎
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills. ‎
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence decision-makers. ‎
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. ‎
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools. ‎
  • Self-driven, decisive, and resilient with strong negotiation skills. ‎
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to emerging sales tools and digital platforms.
