Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and business targets.
•Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and market share.
•Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
•Oversee recruitment, performance monitoring, coaching, and development of sales representatives.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
•Present sales forecasts, revenue reports, and key insights to management and stakeholders.
•Shorten sales cycles and drive timely closure of business deals.
•Identify product improvement opportunities and contribute to new product development strategies.
•Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and high-level client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
