Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp accounts
• Create engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, captions)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Track trends and competitors to improve strategy
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns
• Capture behind-the-scenes content with the team
• Run engaging social media campaigns

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in social media management (food/lifestyle preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & TikTok algorithms
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot (video editing)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or sample social media accounts is an advantage.
