State Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise sales activities within the state.
- Manage and motivate sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Must have strong connection with NGOs’ and Government Parastatals within Abuja.
