
We are seeking a Team Lead, Institutional Sales to drive the origination and sale of our equities, fixed income, and investment products to institutional investors and corporate organizations.
The role involves building relationships, leading sales pitches, closing deals, and overseeing the performance of the institutional sales team.

Salary Range:
₦1,500,000 – ₦2,000,000 NET Monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage institutional client relationships.
- Drive sales across equities, bonds, treasury bills, and listed securities.
- Present organisations research insights, trading, and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, NGX, and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor the institutional sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in institutional sales (stockbroking or investment)- Strong knowledge of capital markets and trading strategies.
- SEC registration as Sponsored Individual preferred.
- Proven track record in closing institutional deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
