Key Responsibilities
- To serve as in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development issues
- Identifying learning needs, coming up interventions to bridge the gaps, facilitating the processes to close the gaps and evaluating the impact of same on the business.
- To regularly provide feedback and recommendation to the Leadership on challenges identified during
- Field accompaniments (market visit).
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Learning and Development (L&D) consultant having knowledge of sales within the FMCG space.
- Willing to work onsite and comfortable commuting to the office location.
- Open to travel outside of Lagos when required.
